Laser cutting

We perform precise laser cutting of sheet metal and profiles.

Sheets with dimensions of 4000 × 2000 mm.

Thickness: carbon steel up to 25 mm, stainless steel up to 16 mm, aluminium up to 10 mm

3D cutting of profiles up to approx. 200 × 200 mm

Deburring

We carry out machine and manual deburring.

Sheet metal bending

Sheet metal bending is performed on CNC bending presses.

Maximum sheet length 4000 mm

Sheet weigh up to 320 t

Heat treatment

On request we provide heat treatment of metals by annealing

Other special processes

We provide you with special processes for joining metal parts by bonding and riveting.

Die-cutting

We produce die-cut sheet metal parts including ventilation grilles and mouldings.

We check the accuracy of all finished products using 3D measuring equipment with a scanner.

Packaging and shipping

It goes without saying that the products arethoroughly packed before dispatch and transport is arranged according to thecustomer's requirements. Dependingon the type of material, the mode of transport and the destination, we use packagingmaterials that protect products from shocks, mechanical damage, weatheringand sea salt, for example during intercontinental shipping.
